Roll 'N' Grace
Even though the Roll ‘N’ Grace egg roll concept is new, we have been in the food industry for a few decades. Roll ‘N’ Grace is the brainchild of Chef Loni Grace and we have come a long way since our beginnings in Detroit, Michigan.
Chef Loni’s passion for cooking drove her to challenging her mom in a Thanksgiving cook-off at age 12 (which she won), and into the Culinary Arts curriculum in High School. During this time, she also trained with a renowned Chef.
When Chef Loni moved to Houston, she worked as sous chef in various establishments. She has been a consultant for many successful Houston restaurant startups. Her hard work and determination has resulted in opening Roll ‘N’ Grace, a mobile food unit.
